Yes, we recommend using The Ticketing App. Simply go to "My Account" and click on "Contact us" to chat with our support team.

A confirmation email and a WhatsApp notification (if opted in) with your booking details are sent to the provided contact details immediately after your booking is confirmed. If you haven't received the confirmation, please reach out to us at contact@theticketing.in. Ensure you provide the contact details used during the transaction, and we'll promptly resend the confirmation for ticket booking.

When browsing through event tickets, you'll come across various categories such as Gold, Platinum, Silver, or Regular, VIP, etc. Each category comes with distinct benefits, often related to seating and distance. Organizers provide these options to enhance your event experience, and details can be found on the event ticket page. Tickets within each category are sold in different phases, offering entry at various price points. Early Bird signifies a discounted rate for those who purchase well in advance. Phase 1 prices are slightly higher than Early Bird, and Phase 2 prices are higher than both Early Bird and Phase 1. Regardless of whether you hold an Early Bird, Phase 1, or Phase 2 ticket in a specific category, there's no difference in seating or standing privileges. All ticket holders in the respective category enjoy the same access, ensuring a fair and inclusive event experience.

At this time, we do not offer phone booking options to safeguard our customers' bank information. We regret to inform you that we do not accept phone reservations. Offline tickets or tickets available at the venue are solely determined by the organizers and are subject to availability.

After adding the ticket to your cart and moving to checkout, we'll request your email address and preferred phone number for ticket delivery. Once the payment is completed, you'll promptly receive an e-ticket in your email inbox. For added convenience, a confirmation is sent to your Whatsapp (if opted in) as well. Your tickets are also accessible on your Ticketing account. For seamless access and offline viewing, we suggest downloading The Ticketing app, an online ticketing platform, where your tickets will be automatically stored.

How long does it take for my event to appear on the website after I submit it?

Your event will typically appear on the website within 3-4 hours after submission. We strive to promptly list events for quick visibility and engagement.

I got an error message while purchasing my ticket. How can I resolve this?

If you find an error message during an event ticket purchase, first retry the process. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@theticketing.in or abhay@theticketing.in for further assistance. Our team is here to help you troubleshoot and ensure a successful ticket purchase.

At The Ticketing, we provide diverse payment methods for your convenience, including debit card, credit card, UPI, and net banking. Rest assured, our trusted payment gateway partner employs robust encryption technology to safeguard the confidentiality of your transaction details, ensuring a secure payment experience, regardless of the mode you choose.

Payment & refunds

My debit/credit card payment was declined.

In such instances, we recommend verifying your card's balance/credit or checking its validity with your bank. Alternatively, consider using a different card to purchase tickets.

In the event of a transaction failure, the ticket amount is automatically refunded to your original mode of payment within 5 - 7 business days. If this doesn't occur, please contact our team at contact@theticketing.in, and we will investigate the matter for you.

Cancellation & transfers

What should I do if the event is canceled or rescheduled?

In the case of a canceled event, upon receiving a confirmation email from us, the refund amount will be processed and credited to your account within 5-7 working days. Please be aware that you will also receive a refund confirmation email from the payment gateway through which you made the ticket payment. This email includes a refund reference number, enabling you to track your credit amount status with your bank. If you don't receive any intimation regarding the refund from the original payment mode or the payment gateway, kindly check your wallet/bank statement for the credited amount. The refund will appear under the name of The Seamless Ticketing. If the amount is not visible in your account, feel free to reach out to us, and we will assist you in obtaining the refund details.
